Vision is what you need and clarity will be the result. Creating a healthy, concise vision will bring the peace of mind and direction you crave. When you decide what you want and can visualize it, the steps on how to achieve “it” magically come around.

Your vision is about what you see as possible for yourself that isn’t actualized YET.
This vision will propel you forward to take action while maintaining a positive attitude. When you clearly know where you want to go, it takes the pressure off and allows the journey to unfold with a sense of joy.

So how do you create and accomplish a vision for your better life? As a life coach I’ve guided many clients towards their vision. The commitment of time is necessary. Setting aside time to ask powerful questions and evaluate will be well worth the investment. The initial challenge will be finding that time as we all lead busy lives, but set it as a priority and it will be one of the best decisions you’ve made.

To begin use the formula:

  1. Analyze.
  2. Strategize.
  3. Take action.

 

ANALYZE:
Start by analyzing what you want. What does your better life look like?
Ask: Where am I today? What are my priorities? Are they aligned with my core values? Living a life on purpose means running your life with purpose. What’s driving you? What inspires you? What do you offer that is unique to the world? What do you see as possible?

STRATEGIZE:
Now put these ideas down on paper. Start figuring out where they can lead you in your work and play. Bringing these ideas together creates the vision for your life. How can this vision be realized in your day to day life? Create plans with a timeline for you to follow and complete.

TAKE ACTION:
What are you willing to do right now to make your vision concrete?
Creating a vision is an ongoing process in life. Once you get the hang of it you’ll be on your way to success in all areas of life.
