How does the Self Compassion-Self Care Program work?

  • We meet online in a safe teaching-learning-coaching environment using video-conference technology (zoom).
  • Email support is there for you from Julie through the 3 weeks. A buddy system is available to meet up with like-minded women working on their own self-care.

Please have a video camera on your computer and make sure the built-in microphone works. You can join via a smartphone, but a computer is preferable.
Julie is available for program participants by email throughout the 3-week program.
Yes. There is time for chat questions and video-view questions in each session.

About Julie

Julie Starr has long been a dreamer and a doer. Her life path has been driven by her attention to important issues and recognizing when there is a need for change. She is an award-winning social issues advocate for human rights and environmental protection.

As a seasoned Life Coach, Julie’s visionary work is in the field of supporting empathic women who want to make proactive changes in their lives.  As an Empath herself, she provides empowerment and useful solutions, showing women how to live a life they love.  Her warm, honest, straight shooter approach helps highly sensitive women get their feet back on the ground and make creative choices.

Julie finds nothing more rewarding than helping women find their own strength, vitality, and resilience. Uplift and joy are at the core of all coaching work and each session focuses upon the fundamental intention of you creating your bright future.

Julie completed a BFA with honors in Dance Therapy from York University and is a graduate of Coach U, a life coaching school that equips leaders with skills and strategies to motivate others to take action and realize their unique potential.

She’s the mom of 3 incredible daughters and the grandmother of many.
